Florida Jet Crash - Final 78 Seconds 3D Replay with ATC audio

This is a 3 minute real-time replay of the Florida Learjet 60 crash, with the uncut ATC audio. It pulls together public ADS-B, weather radar, satellite, dashcam and drone video onto one timeline. Viewer discretion advised.

Here's what we know as of Nov 3, from public data and two NTSB briefings:

~35,000 ft to impact in ~78 seconds

Radar shows it flew into a string of thunderstorms

Crew reported ice and turbulence, asked to climb, then issued a mayday and reported an overspeed

All nine aboard died, and one person on the ground was injured

Most of the left elevator (the tail surface that controls pitch) was found in three pieces, 1.3 to 3.8 miles from the crash site. NTSB says it came off before impact but doesn't yet know if that was a cause or a result of the dive

Weather at altitude is the key focus; the official cause is still TBD.
