Kano Tailor Completes 120-Hour Sewing Marathon to Support Underprivileged Children

A Kano-based tailor, Abdulkadir Hassan, has completed a remarkable 120-hour sewing marathon in an attempt to set a new Guinness World Record for the longest sewing marathon.

Hassan spent five days sewing, turning his ambitious record attempt into an opportunity to support education and give back to his community.

During the challenge, he made school uniforms for underprivileged children, demonstrating how personal talent and determination can be used to make a positive difference in society.

His achievement has drawn attention to the creativity, endurance, and commitment of Nigerians who are using their skills to inspire others and support those in need.

However, completing the marathon does not automatically guarantee a Guinness World Record. The attempt must meet the organisation's requirements and undergo official verification before recognition can be confirmed.
