Coalition Brought In the Edo Governor, I Have No Regrets About That - Wike -

 People might deny it but I will say it. In the last Edo Governorship Election, the Governor was produced through the coalition of the PDP Legacy Group and the APC. Our aim was to make sure the former Governor, Obaseki did not produce his successor. I was behind it and I have no regrets.

So, when people say nothing like coalition, they tell lies. The coalition did not start to

day, it has been there depending on how it was worked out. So, the Governor today, Sen Okpebolo will know that's the truth and can attest to that. Sen Oshiomhole will also know that it was that coalition that defeated the PDP, even though I am in the PDP, but for that purpose it was different.

I said I will not support the then incumbent Governor to produce a successor, even though the Candidate was a very good candidate, a very good candidate who was the former Manager of a bank. He came to my house more than three times and I told him no, you are a good candidate but this election is between us and the man who is bringing you called Obaseki who is an ungrateful person, an ingrate so returning you is like bringing him back. So, I told him I am sorry, you have to fail and he failed.
