wage bill of ₦4b, he couldn't pay salaries but under President Tinubu, Osun gets ₦15b monthly. 27 States have about 1.2 million civil servants and they are being paid. The FG has about 1 million civil servants who are also paid and you say that's suffering? Over 1 million students who couldn't afford schools can do that today because of NELFUND and you say that's suffering?
