Score:
9.0+: Will be good and effective (Security & welfare)
7.0: Will be validly good as President (could make some wrong decisions though)
5.0-7.0: Half bread is better than none
Under 5.0: Will be bad. An upsurger. There is someone else God has vocated for President.
