Well, an X user responded and said no that the FBI does not keep civil records based on her own inquiry.

No FBI DOES NOT KEEP CIVIL RECORDS.
I recently applied for clearance from FBI. And they had NO RECORD of me. According to them, they scanned my fingerprints and they have no data.
The person they have 399 pages on is a Criminal. National-level criminal, not even State level.
