JUDY AUSTIN YUL-EDOCHIE and TAKE NOTICE that in default the Claimant may proceed therein and judgment may be given in your absence.

The defendant may enter appearance personally or by a legal practitioner. either by handing in the appropriate form duly completed, at the office of time Registrar of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory. Abuja in which the action is brought or sending same to the Registrar by registered post.
ENDORSEMENT The Claimant claims against the Defendants as follows. The sum of 1 000, 000, 000.00 (One Billion Naira) only, as general damage, for defamation.
2 An order compelling the Defendant to publish a full. unreserved retraction and apology to the Claimant in at least two (2) widely circulated National Newspapers, as well as on all her Social Media Platforms.
3. An Order of Perpetual Injunction restraining the Defendant, her agents, and privies from further publishing or circulating the defamatory statements against the Claimant
4 An Order, directing the Defendant to take down all defamatory' statements made by her against the Claimant on all her online Platforms.
5 AN ORDER directing the Defendant to pay the Claimant. the sum of Fitts Million Naira (N50, 000,000.00) only, as costs of prosecuting this suit.
6. 10% post judgment interest front the date of judgment to the date of the tin:l liquidation of the judgment sum. The Defendant may pay the amount endorsed herein to the Claimant's solicitor, mentioned hereafter within the time allowed for appearance and upon such payment proceedings shall terminate.
