Amazon's cloud business in Bahrain damaged in Iran strike, FT reports
April 1 (Reuters) - Amazon's (AMZN.O), opens new tab cloud computing operation in Bahrain was damaged after an Iranian strike, the Financial Times reported on Wednesday, citing a person familiar with the matter.
Bahrain's Interior Ministry said earlier in the day that civil defence teams were extinguishing a fire at a company facility following what authorities described as an Iranian attack.
The ministry did not immediately provide details on the company involved, casualties or the extent of damage.
