Nasarawa Now Gets N30 Billion Monthly Due to Tinubu’s Economic Reforms – Gov. Sule
Abdullahi Sule, the Nasarawa State governor, has stated that the N30 billion monthly accrual to the state in revenue from the Federation account is due to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s economic reforms.
The governor who stated this while addressing newly elected ward and local government executives of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and other stakeholders in Keffi, said he was able to deliver on his promises without the traditional borrowing to fund capital projects.
Sule used the liberty of the meeting to give an update on ongoing infrastructure projects, revealing that the flyover in Keffi would be ready for commissioning by September or October of 2026.
He explained that even though the Akwanga underpass has been completed technically, his administration would not rush to commission the project not until the ongoing Akwanga bypass is also completed.
“All these things that we are doing, we are not borrowing any one Naira from anybody.
We are getting these resources from two major sources. The biggest comes from the reforms initiated by President Tinubu that has brought more resources into our hands,” he said.
He charged the party faithful to remain steadfast, insisting that the visible developmental strides across the state made a strong case for continued loyalty to the APC.
