Canadian actor Kevin Zegers was just a pre-teen when he played Josh -- the middle school boy who recently lost his father ... and discovers his dog, Buddy, can play basketball -- in the 1997 sport/family film "Air Bud."
Zegers shared the big screen with Michael Jeter, Bill Cobbs, and Wendy Makkena.
