ENUGU STATE generated ₦180.50 billion in Internal Generated Revenue (IGR) in 2024.

ENUGU STATE budget for 2025 was ₦971.08 billion, of which ₦133.14 billion is for Recurrent

Expenditure.

If Enugu State were to fund its 2025 Recurrent Expenditure using its 2024 IGR, it would cover 135.60% of it.

This means Enugu is fairly and comfortably able to fund its current Recurrent Expenditure budget with its previous year's IGR
