Bride Cries After Discovering Wedding Food Was Locked Away and Turned Sour, Guests Left Hungry
A bride was left in tears after discovering her wedding food was locked and hidden in the kitchen instead of being served, and most guests left the event hungry.
She said:
"I cried my eyes out last Saturday. I know the resources my husband and my mum put into refreshments, especially food, only for my food to be locked and forgotten in the kitchen till after the event. I couldn’t even video at all. I am really sad that someone intentionally did this to me."
She later revealed that when the hidden food was eventually discovered, it had already gone sour, making it completely unfit for consumption. While many guests left the wedding without eating, several coolers filled with assorted foods and meat were hidden somewhere in the kitchen and were only discovered later that night.
The post has attracted various reactions online, with many advising people to always monitor hired cooks and caterers during events or, better still, hire trusted and reliable cooks to avoid such incidents in the future.
