If I Become President, I Will Change The Constitution On Indigeneship - Amaechi -

Amaechi on Odunayo's X space this morning:

He was asked his plans for young people having been a Speaker at 32, Governor at 42 and a Minister at 50:

Rotimi Amaechi:

I am absolutely not tribalistic like some. I tell people I am not a Rivers man but a Nigerian. If I become President, that's the first thing I will do; to change the Constitution from indigeneship to citizenship, so that wherever you are, you are a citizen of that place. You don't have to be a citizen of Ikwerre or be an indigene of Rivers State. If I become President, I will give 50% of my cabinet, that is 25% for elders and 25% for women. The other 50% of youths - 25% for men and 25% for women. People know me that I hire and fire. I am not one of those whose wife will come to intercede, I have no time for sentiments. You are judged by performance.
