A former Minister of Education, Oby Ezekwesili, was present at the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, at Maitama, for the scheduled arraignment of the embattled lawmaker representing Kogi Central Senatorial District, Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan.
The ex-Education Minister was joined in the courtroom by other notable rights activists, including Aisha Yesufu.
Also Justice Chizoba Orji of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court on Thursday granted Kogi Central Senator, Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, a ₦50m bail after she pleaded not guilty to alleged defamation.]
