The Project Director of 100 Most Notable Peace Icons Africa and Peace Ambassadors Agency and African Director, 100 Most Notable Africans Leadership and Business Summit, Amb. Dr. Kingsley Amafibe has held a very fruitful meeting with the Rwandan Ambassador to Nigeria, His Excellency Christophe Bazivamo, ahead of the 100 Most Notable Africans Leadership and Business Summit 2025 in Kigali


Davdan Peace and Advocacy Foundation is the organiser of the summit scheduled to hold from July 4 - 6 at the Marriott Hotel, Kigali, a gathering expected to resonate discussions on Africa’s economic growth, governance, investment opportunities, and sustainable development.


Briefing newsmen after the meeting, Dr. Amafibe said discussions largely centered on avenues to explore partnership and collaboration during the summit.


Their discussion also delved into ways both countries can leverage on their age-long diplomatic relations to build investors' confidence.


Amb. Bazivamo thanked Peace Ambassadors Agency for choosing his country for the hosting of the prestigious summit which is expected to have over a thousand delegates from across Africa.


According to him, Kigali is a city for all and is open to welcome tourists ready to explore the alluring and serene nature of the city for various class of events.


He noted that the presence of the delegates will have a huge impact on the cities economy and create opportunity for hospitality industry and small businesses to make profits.


The Summit promotes cross border initiatives that allow Nations to share best practices in areas like agriculture education and health care.


Among other things, it is aimed at showcasing and celebrating the achievements and contributions of African leaders and businesses to inspire future generations and promote a positive image of Africa globally.


Among those to be honoured include, football star Mo Salah, Africa's richest man Aliko Dangote, music star Burna Boy, renowned investor Femi Otedola, DG WTO Dr. Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala and other notable Africans.
