Ghanaian promoter Ananzo has spoken out about Davido’s promise of $5,000, stating that he hasn’t received the money yet
Appearing on Onua TV, Ananzo expressed his disappointment, suggesting that Davido’s promise was merely a publicity stunt.
Despite this, Ananzo credited Davido with transforming his life and career.
e claimed that before working with Davido, he struggled to make ends meet, relying on charity and odd jobs.
However, after promoting Davido’s music, Ananzo’s fortunes changed, and he gained thousands of followers and lucrative business deals worth more than the promised $5,000.
Ananzo now sees the promise as insignificant compared to the opportunities Davido has brought him.
He said: “Even if Davido doesn’t give me the $5,000, I’m still grateful, his recognition alone has brought me gigs and with consistency we can make a lot”.
