Lagos ALGON Chairman Slums At APC Stakeholders' Meeting

A tense moment unfolded on Wednesday afternoon when Kolade Alabi, Chairman of Bariga Local Government and President of the Association of Local Governments of Nigeria (ALGON), suddenly collapsed while speaking at an All Progressives Congress (APC) stakeholders’ meeting in Lagos, in a video obtained by News360 Nigeria.

The incident occurred at approximately 12:10 p.m. at the APC Secretariat on Acme Road, sparking panic among party members and attendees.

Immediate efforts were made to resuscitate him, after which he was swiftly taken to a nearby hospital for medical evaluation and treatment.

Further details on his current condition remain undisclosed, but party members expressed relief at his prompt recovery and wish him a speedy return to good health.
