Hoodlums Attack Fuji Star, Pasuma And His Band In Osun

Popular Fuji musician, Alhaji Wasiu Alabi Ajibola, also known as Pasuma, was reportedly attacked by hoodlums in Ikire, Osun State, causing fear and unrest in the area.

Pasuma had traveled to Ikire, the headquarters of Irewole Local Government Area, to perform at a grand event held on Saturday, May 17, 2025. The event was the coronation ceremony of Chief Wasiu Ademola Abdulsalam Ajanaku, who was honored as the Mogbede of Ikire Land.

Everything seemed to go smoothly during the celebration. However, things took a dangerous turn after Pasuma’s performance. As he and his band members headed to their vehicle, a group of hoodlums suddenly launched an attack on them.

It's not yet clear if Pasuma or any member of his crew was injured, but the incident has thrown the town into tension. Many residents fear that loyal fans of the Fuji icon may retaliate, which could lead to more violence.

A video circulating online shows the damage caused during the attack, including a bullet hole in a black bus with Pasuma’s image and a white Toyota Hilux.
