Former Deputy National Chairman (South-West) of the Peoples Democratic Party, Bode George, has gone down the memory lane to compare the emergency declaration during the current President Bola Tinubu's administration and that of Former President Olusegun Obasanjo.
According to him, President Tinubu didn't learn from history on Rivers Emergency Rule.
