M23 Rebels To Restore Power In Goma Within 48 Hours

 

The M23 rebel group has stated that water and electricity will be restored in Goma within 48 hours after being cut off by Tshisekedi's administration. They made this announcement on Thursday during their first press conference since taking control of the city
