Governor Abba Yusuf of Kano state has met with National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu, amid the emirship tussle.
Sharing photos from the meeting on social media, Yusuf said they had a fruitful meeting. He tweeted;
“I had a fruitful engagement with the National Security Adviser, Malam Nuhu Ribadu, this afternoon in Abuja.”
This is coming days after Aminu Gwarzo, deputy governor of Kano, accused Ribadu of allegedly facilitating the return of Ado Bayero, the dethroned Emir of Kano, to the palace by providing him with two private jets.
