Nigeria & Netherlands Sign Agreement For Establishment Of Solar Panel Factory

 

Today, at Nigeria Pavilion #COP28, @nl_netherlands through Solarge International BV, a leading Dutch manufacturer of lightweight solar panels signed an MoU with Infrastructure Corporation of Nigeria(InfraCorp) for the the establishment of a solar panel manufacturing factory in🇳🇬

The project will contribute significantly to🇳🇬industrialization drive and aligning with the vision of @officialasiwajubat for local manufacturing capacities to create employment, accelerate electrification, and grow the economy while decarbonizing in line with🇳🇬 energy transition

The Solar PV manufacturing plant will be one of the first large scale production facilities in the world for lightweight solar panels with ultra-low carbon footprints
