The Lagos State Commissioner for Environment and Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, has shared a photo showing houses blocking the pathway of a canal in the state.
The commissioner shared the photo amid the controversy generated by the demolition of illegal structures, especially those encroaching on waterways in the state.
