The Methodist Church Prelate, His Eminence Samuel Uche, who was kidnapped along with two other clerics by unknown gunmen on the Lokpa axis of the Enugu-Port Harcourt Expressway on Sunday, May 29, has regained his freedom.
They were all released this evening, May 30.
The spokesperson of the state police command, Geoffrey Ogbonna, confirmed this development to LIB.
It is not clear if any ransom was paid for their release.
