Bradley Cooper Lady Gaga Engagement Ring

Bradley Cooper wasn’t on the verge of buying Lady Gaga an engagement ring before ending their so-called “romance,” despite a completely untrue tabloid story. The two stars were never a couple in the first place. Gossip Cop can debunk the claim otherwise.

“Gaga Tells All: Bradley Broke My Heart” reads a headline on the latest cover of Life & Style. An alleged insider tells the magazine, “There’s no doubt about it – Gaga fell head over heels for Bradley during the filming of A Star Is Born. She thought he was ‘the one’ and assumed he felt the same way – until recently. He’s totally backed off.”
The supposed source further contends Gaga is telling pals that Cooper “broke her heart” as she’s convinced he strung her along until abruptly dumping her. The suspicious tipster adds, “Gaga feels like Bradley led her on because he was giving off all the signs that they’d become an item” following his split from Irina Shayk. But the actor had a change of heart, according to the magazine, and “suddenly realized he was jumping into a full-blown commitment to someone else and got scared.”
From there, the possibly fictitious source says Cooper ended things “in the most horrible way” by calling Gaga “from a blocked number to say whatever they had was over once and for all.” The questionable insider further maintains that the actor probably still has feelings for his co-star, but he “wants to date around before committing to one woman.” The alleged tipster concludes that Cooper’s decision “seems to have doomed a real chance at true love and happiness.” As for Gaga, the “source” adds, “Now that she’s seen Bradley’s true colors, she admits there was passion, but no love.”
The tabloid’s entire article is a work of fiction. As Gossip Cop has stressed countless times, Cooper and Gaga have never been romantically involved. They formed a close friendship while making A Star Is Born and still remain pals. Separate sources close to both stars assure us they’ve never been anything more than friends. Cooper didn’t call off their nonexistent romance, and he certainly didn’t back out of buying her an engagement ring.
Here’s what’s really happening. Last November, Gossip Cop busted Life & Style for falsely claiming Cooper and Gaga had fallen in love with each other. By June, the unreliable outlet insisted Cooper and Gaga were full-on dating. It became apparent that wasn’t the case when the singer was spotted kissing her sound engineer Dan Horton the following month. The tabloid doesn’t want to acknowledge it got the story wrong, so it’s instead inventing this fake scenario about Cooper abruptly ending their romance. The actor didn’t end a love affair that never began.
