It was earlier reported on October 28 that Tife, Wizkid’s first son with his former partner, Shola Ogudu, teased the project by sharing a short video on Instagram with the caption: “Champion’s Arrival. Videographer: DIKASTUDIOS. Producer: iamhosana.”
In the teaser, the young artiste who goes by the stage name Champz delivered bold and confident lines that caught attention, saying, “Shoutout to the OGs in the game, but it’s time to pass on the baton,” and “I’ve got zero competition.”
Tife’s mother, Shola, also celebrated her son’s achievement, commenting, “Super proud of you SON!!!! We give God all the glory,” while linking the EP in her Instagram bio.
