Chrissy Teigen slams cruel troll who mocked Meghan Markle's miscarriage announcement

Chrissy Teigen has hit back at keyboard warriors who criticised Meghan Markle’s miscarriage announcement.

The American model, 34, jumped to the defence of Meghan’s emotional essay just one month after she suffered the devastating loss of her baby son Jack.

Writing for the New York Times, the Duchess of Sussex, 39, explained she miscarried in July, saying she knew that "as I clutched my firstborn child, that I was losing my second".

In a piece titled The Losses We Share, Meghan described lying in a hospital bed, holding husband Prince Harry's hand as they both cried.

After reading the incredibly heartbreaking piece, an one cruel Twitter user rushed to slam Meghan for sharing her story.

The social media user penned: “Is anyone really questioning the pain and sheer awfulness of suffering a miscarriage, or are they perhaps criticizing Meghan's decision to write a 1,000-word op-Ed about herself?"

Upon seeing the insensitive tweet, Chrissy furiously clapped back at the Twitter user.

“Award for today's absolute piece of s**t goes to [name of user]. Congratulations, piece of s**t,” she fumed.

She later deleted the tweet though and apologised because she is making a conscious effort to be ‘nicer’.

“Sorry forgot I'm trying to be nicer lol,” the defiant star shared.
