the Process Not that Hard but if you dull yourself at the Health Center You might spend more than hour you should, first try to know that you need to get your payment done before ending to the Port Health Center, if not you will be Charge triple of what you should have get it outside the Port
For My Case i done everything right from my House then printed the receipt at my Office after which i when to the Port Health Center, when getting there i met some crowd at first was afraid if am going to spend the whole day there but thank God i look around asking where and where to get vaccine and card finally i got to room where i took my vaccine then after like 10 minutes i was called inside of my Yellow card .. i wish you get yours fast too
The Yellow card is a certificate that shows that the holder has taken the yellow fever vaccine. When travelling into most countries (even Ghana) you are required to provide your yellow card.Every country has its stipulated vaccines that they require every one entering the country to have taken.For some countries like the United states of America, Cholera is one of them.
The yellow card is issued at where they call Port Health, adjacent MMA Access Plaza along International Airport Road, at Ikeja.
You’d be asked for the following at the entrance to the building.
– Photocopy of your passport bio data page.
