Miley Cyrus accidentally exposed her boob on live television during the MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday night. A backstage technical problem led to the wardrobe malfunction. Watch the nip slip below.
Immediately after Taylor Swift won “Video of the Year” for “Bad Blood,” cameras cut to VMAs host Cyrus, who was topless backstage behind a black curtain. As she attempted to congratulate Swift on her win and announce the final commercial break, Cyrus had an issue with her audio. A stagehand then ran over to give the pop star a handheld microphone, but as Cyrus grabbed it, part of the curtain came down and her entire left boob popped out.
At first Cyrus didn’t notice, and began to say, “Congratulations Taylor for winning Video of the Year. And coming up next, we close out the VMAs,” before she stopped and asked, “What’s
happening?” in response to the crowd erupting in “Ooooh’s.” “Oh sorry. My tits out,” Cyrus could be heard saying right after the camera quickly cut away from her accidental flash of nudity.
