50 Cent, Rick Ross’ lawyers fuel spat over sex tape

The war between rappers Rick Ross and 50 Cent has escalated as their lawyers trade verbal blows.

When Fitty was sued by Ross’ ­baby-mama, Lastonia Leviston, over a sex tape she alleges he posted of her, he turned around and filed a suit accusing Ross of leaking the tape.

But Ross’ lawyer, Xavier Donaldson (of awesomely named law firm Donaldson & Chilliest), slammed Fitty’s move as “another attempt to draw attention to his descending . . . career and one of several desperate, last-minute attempts he’s made to avoid . . . responsibility.”

Fitty’s lawyer, William A. Brewer III, told us, “Our client believes [Ross] was squarely ­involved in the events leading up to the focus of this trial and will be held accountable in due course.
”
